Why Are My Payments Unapplying?

If you apply a payment in Ad Sales Genius and you’re connected to QuickBooks Online you may discover that some payments could be un-applied in the system.

QuickBooks reserves the right to reject any edits that have been made to your payments at their discretion. Ad sales genius will update per QuickBooks rules.

Common causes for payments to get rejected are locked payments in QuickBooks Online and/or accounting period could be closed. 

If this occurs, edit the payment in QBO and it will sync to Ad Sales Genius.
