      Using the Export Viewer

      The Export Viewer shows all exports from a 48-hour period. This data includes all exported reports that were generated from within Ad Sales Genius. 

      This article will explain how to access the export viewer and download any exported items from within the viewer.

      To Use the Export Viewer

      The Export Viewer can be found under settings using the left-hand navigation menu.

      Click Settings > Export to display the viewer.

      Here, you will see a list of your system's export for the last 48 hours. This also includes any exports that currently running.

      You can see from the screenshot that this viewer will tell us the following information:

      • Type of Export - The first item on the line displays what type of export was performed.
      • Start Date - Next, you will see the date and time that this export took place. This is especially useful if you are running several exports of the same type.
      • Record Count - This page shows us how many records were included in your export.
      • Download - Finally, you can click the Download link to download this report to your computer.
