Upload File Size Limitations

When a customer uploads an ad or other general files, Ad Sales Genius has a file size of 1GB. This is due to hosting limitations on the server.

Note: There may be some additional limitations due to internet speed that could cause the upload to fail. If this happens, try to find a faster internet connection before attempting to upload again.
