Updating Your Payment Method
If you need to update your ACH or credit card information for your account, you can do that from the My Account window in Ad Sales Genius.
Follow these steps to update your payment method:
- Click your name in the upper right-hand corner of Ad Sales Genius.
- Click the Billing link to be taken to your account settings.
- Click on the Credit Cards & ACH tab to see your current billing configuration.
From here, you can add a new bank account or credit card, and you can designate a payment method as the default.
If you need to remove a payment method from the system, please contact support.
