Tracking Activity

Tracking activity gives users a sense of direction and an idea of how close they are to reaching his/her set goal. Tracking activity enables visibility, gives users control of their time and helps them stay organized.

Activity is defined as any one on one account touch-points such as emails, phone calls, appointments and follow-ups. Below highlights the trackable activity icons that you will see throughout the software.

Users can utilize the sales report entitled "Activity List" for a comprehensive view of all activity.

Please note, mass email campaigns are not a trackable activity since it is not a one on one touchpoint and will not be included on the activity report. Furthermore, because notes and tasks are internal activities only and do not contact the client these are not counted as a trackable activity.
