The following items have been updated or added with the August 2021 update of Ad Sales Genius:
- Updated navigation - You will notice that several changes have occurred with the left-hand navigation menu. Things to note:
- Production has been updated to Delivery
- Contracts & Proposals is now found under the Sales module
- Calendars, Emails, Tasks are now found in the Today module
- Advertisers, Agencies, Contacts, and Lists are found in the Accounts module
- Automation is where you will find Workflows, Pipelines, and your Invoice and Delivery rules.
- Pipelines -Pipelines can be used to trigger workflows, manage statuses and production, and more.
- Workflows - Workflows allow events to trigger automatically as records inside the system change.
- Community - Chat with other Ad Sales Genius users to help sharpen your publishing skills!
- List Management - Use the new List feature to view and manage your lists inside the system.
- Distribution - Automate billing and management of issues to each of your drop-off locations.
- Speed and navigability - Using the search feature to find accounts now opens the account in a new browser window so you do not lose your place in your current work process.
