Accessing Your Support Tickets

Our goal is to empower our clients with knowledge. With Ad Sales Genius, we have several options to help you find the information you're looking for, as well as provide feedback on how we are doing.

Navigate to Customer Support

1. Click the Support button in the bottom left of your Navigation menu
   
2. Click on "My Tickets"
   
3. Access your tickets, get to the knowledge base and get status updates on your current support tickets
