Statuses

Statuses in Ad Sales Genius is a way to assign a designated status or label to various items in Ad Sales Genius. Statuses can be set up on a number of different items in the system such as: 

• Accounts
• Payments
• Products
• Contracts
• Contacts
• Tasks
• Templates
• Content
• And Others

Statuses are searchable and sortable in many tables. Additionally, they can be edited by clicking on them in the tables as well.

Common Uses

• Statuses can be used for grouping in your reports to combine multiple products into a distinct group.
• Are used to assign page statuses in the flat plan
• Classify new accounts or quality of new accounts

Note: Statuses are customizable and are configured by an Administrator in the Automation > Pipelines module.
