Set Up Invoices for Online Pay

Clients will access the Client Portal for viewing and paying their invoices. To accommodate this, the invoice template will need to be configured to include the secure link.

To update your invoice template:

  1. Select your Profile Avatar and click System Settings from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click the Templates link to access your various templates.
  3. Click the Edit button under the thumbnail of your invoice template to display your template.

  4. If your Invoice contains the old payment information, it will need to be removed:
    Locate the existing Direct Payment row
    in your invoice and click the trashcan button to remove the old payment instructions.

  5. Drag and Drop a Dynamic Block onto the desired location of the email.

  6. Choose the Print Pay Online Instructions option from the dynamic block list.



  7. Click the Save button to save your changes.

Now, when a client receives an invoice email, they will be given a secure link to access the payment portal.

Note: You must have Authorize.net or Stripe set up on your account.
