Security Settings Overview

The Settings menu provides control and security for your account. While there are several system settings, this article will focus on providing an explanation of the Security Settings needed to help get your account up to speed.

To Access Your Security Settings watch this video:

  1. Click on your Profile Picture in the bottom left corner - System Settings

  2. Click the General Settings link found under the Systems Settings heading to display your General Settings.

From the General Settings, search for Security to populate all the Security Settings.

You can configure the following parameters here:

  • Account Ownership - Use this toggle to allow the owner of the account to view all notes, emails, invoices, contracts, and activity.
  • Contract Security: Unlock contracts and allow all users to edit contracts.
  • Email Activity Feed - Use this toggle to disable e-mails from displaying on the dashboard activity feed.
  • Notify of Exports - Use this toggle to notify Administrators when an export from Ad Sales Genius occurs. 
  • Sales Lock Default - Use this toggle to enable a sales lock on all new leads until disabled by an administrator or accounting team member.
  • Sales User Security - Use this toggle to allow sales users to see other user's accounts' contracts, contacts, notes, and other sensitive information.
  • Unlock Account Edit - Use this toggle to allow sales users to edit other user's accounts.
  • Unlock Agencies - Use this toggle to allow all users to view and be able to edit all agencies.
