Previewing Your Contract

With Ad Sales Genius, there are a few different ways you can preview a contract before sending it to your clients. This can be done via the Contract Edit window, the Contract Details Panel, or on the Account details page. This article will discuss the different methods for previewing your contracts.

The Preview Section of Contract Edit

When editing a contract, you can click the Preview link on the navigation bar of the Contract Edit window to preview, print, or download this contract.

Preview Using the Contract Details Panel

Navigate to the Contracts window by clicking Sales using the left-hand navigation menu.

Click on the Contracts tab to see all of your contracts.

Click on a contract number or click the view button for the contract that you would like to preview.

Click the PDF button on the Contract Details Panel to see a pdf version of this contract.

Preview a Contract from the Account Details Page

You can also get to the Contract Details Panel by clicking View on a contract from inside an Account's details.

This will display the same panel as outlined above.
