      Parent & Sub Accounts

      Setting a Parent Account in Ad Sales Genius allows you to connect two separate accounts for the purpose of creating proposals/contracts and invoices. 

      What this means in Ad Sales Genius is that when you are building a proposal, and you need to specify the various contacts (Billing, Sold To, Production), you will have access to the contacts within both the Parent Account and the Sub Account. 

      Setting up a Parent Account

      1. Navigate to the account that you want to add a Parent Account to 
      2. Click the  button
      3. In the Parent Account field type in the name of the other Account you are assigning
        Note: once this is set it cannot be edited
      4. Click the  button to save your changes
      5. From the Details tab of the Account page you will see any Parent Account or Sub Accounts listed
