My export isn't exporting what's expected

There are two different exports in Ad Sales Genius. On tables in Ad Sales Genius, you will see a download table option on the right. This will export ONLY what you see on the current screen. It will not export hidden records or hidden fields.

The primary export for exporting a comprehensive list of data can be found under Batch Action on key pages. This is not on every page but can easily be found under the following main pages:

• Accounts
• Invoices
• Payments
• Sales Run Sheet
• Insertions

These exports will export a CSV that will process in the background and later be downloadable in the exports section under Settings. You will also get a notification when it is completed. This export will include all available data according to what filters were selected. Please note these exports are not customizable beyond the filter criteria.
