SG - Mass Edits

Sometimes changes need to be made to large groups of subscribers. At Subscription Genius, we know this process needs to be fast and simple. With our mass edit tool, you can change the number of issues or copies, and the subscription for any group of subscribers.

To access the Mass edit page first click tools from the menu on the left-hand side, and then select Mass Edit.

On the Mass Edit page, you’ll use our search filters to segment the group of subscribers you wish to edit. For detailed information on using these search filters, please see our “Search Filter” tutorial video.

Once you’ve filtered your desired subscribers, choose the mass edit function you wish to complete. For this example, we’ll be adding one issue to a certain group of subscribers.

To add the issue we’ll select the mass edit issues left tab, and choose, add this number of issues, and then we’ll choose one from the drop-down menu to the right.

If you need to change the number of copies or the issue type you can perform those functions here.

To complete the edit enter your subscription genius password, and click the red perform mass edit tab. Your changes have been made!
