SG - Mark as Fullfilled on Orders

If your company is selling products in addition to subscriptions through Subscription Genius you probably need to track what has and has not been delivered to the customer. On orders containing a Product, you will see a mark as fulfilled. This will mark the item as shipped with a timestamp to signify the order is now complete.
