      Last Activity

      When using the Accounts page, there is a Last Activity column header you can turn on/off using the column dropdown.

      The type of activities that determine that date are:

      • Completed follow-ups
      • Individual sent emails
        • This does not include marketing campaigns, nor replies from the recipient
      • Logged phone calls

      If you find that there is a -dash- in that column, it means none of the above types of activities have been completed in that account.
