Integrating Intuit QuickBooks Online

Ad Sales Genius integrates with the QuickBooks Online platform, allowing your accounting data to sync both ways or via a one-way push from Ad Sales Genius to QuickBooks Online.

Ad Sales Genius DOES NOT integrate with QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP.

Ad Sales Genius does NOT support merges done in QuickBooks Online.

To Connect QuickBooks to Ad Sales Genius

1. Select Integrations from the left-hand navigation menu. 
   Note: Ad Sales Genius staff will not be able to access your personal financial, banking, or sensitive personal information.
   
   
   
   

 2.  Select CONFIGURE button to input your QuickBooks credentials and sync the two platforms.

Map your Products 

Use the Product Mapping section of the QuickBooks Integration Dashboard to map your products: 

• Products and Classes - Select which QuickBooks Class/Item/Tax Code is associated with your products in Ad Sales Genius. 
• Contract Line Items - Select which QuickBooks Class/Item will be assigned to invoice line items when they are created in Ad Sales Genius and synced to QuickBooks.
• Payment Methods - Assign how Ad Sales Genius payments line up with QuickBooks.
