How To Submit a Feature Request

Feature Requests are handled in the same manner that our standard support tickets are taken care of. You must first find out who your support contact is, then have them use the chatbot in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

If you are still within business hours when making this request, one of our support specialists will gather your information and create a Feature Request ticket on your behalf. From there, the ticket will be given to our development team for consideration.

If you are outside of standard business hours, you will be given the option to send your request in an email. One of our support specialists will then mark it as a Feature Request ticket and will be sent to our development team.
