      How to Get a List of Contracts That Are Waiting to be Signed

      Inside Ad Sales Genius, you have the ability to run several customizable filters on your contracts. One valuable filter we offer is the ability to filter the Contracts window by any contract that is still in the 'open' status.

      Follow these instructions to configure the contract filter to only show open contracts:

      1. Click Sales using the left-hand navigation menu.

      2. Click on the Contracts tab to see a list of your system's contracts.

      3. Click the Magnifying Glass button to display your filter options.

      4. Use the Sold Status drop-down menu and choose Open.

      5. Click the Filter button to see your results.

      From here, you can click the column headers to sort your results according to that header. For instance, if you would like to see the open contracts that have the highest dollar amount, you can click the Total header to sort by that value.
