How To Deactivate Accounts

Accounts that are no longer used have the ability to be deactivated. Deactivating an account ensures that the account does not come up in the general display, but you will still be able to search for them directly.

This article will walk you through how to deactivate an account.

1. Open the Account Details window for the account that you wish to deactivate.
2. Click on the Edit button to edit this account.
   
   
3. Toggle the Active switch off to deactivate this account.
   
   
4. Click the Save button to save this setting.
   
   

How To Deactivate Multiple Accounts at Once

1. Click on Accounts using the left-hand navigation menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Use the checkboxes to select the accounts you would like to deactivate.
   
   
3. Click Batch Actions > Deactivate to deactivate the selected accounts.
