SG - Searching for a Subscriber with a Renewal Code

Every subscriber that you enter or import into Subscription Genius is assigned a renewal code. This also acts as a way that your subscriber can login to their account via your checkout page.

1. Click on the Subscribers tab and select Search.
2. Under Account Details, you will see the Renewal Code field.
3. Enter in your Subscribers Renewal Code.
4. Select Search.
