Downloading Contracts en Mass

You can mass-download your contracts inside Ad Sales Genius. This batch action will download the original versions of your selected proposals or contracts into a single .pdf file.

Note: As of the date this article was written, there is no way to export multiple contracts as individual .PDFs.

How to Download Multiple Contracts

1. Click Sales using the left-hand navigation menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Contracts tab to see a list of your contracts and proposals.
   
   
   
   
3. From here, you can filter for which contracts and proposals you would like to download. Click the magnifying glass and complete your search parameters. Click the Filter button when you are satisfied with your search.
   
   
   
   
4. Use the checkboxes to select which contracts you would like to download. If you would like to download all returned results, you can click the checkbox next to the Batch Action button to select all.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the Batch Action button and select Export PDF.
   
   
   
   
6. Choose whether you would like to export all checked results or all search results, then click the Export button.
   
   
   
   

Depending on the size of the export, this may take a few minutes. You can check your export by clicking Settings > Exports using the left-hand navigation menu.



Click the Download link to download your export.

You will also receive notification that the export is complete in your Today tab.

Click on the item to be given the opportunity to download the export.
