      Hide Subtotals on Contract Line Items

      You can hide subtotal amounts that appear on your client's contracts by toggling a setting in Ad Sales Genius.

      To hide subtotals:

      1. Click Settings > General Settings on the left-hand navigation menu.
      2. Click the General Settings link to display your system's general settings.

      3. Scroll to the Sales section of the System Settings page.
      4. Click the Hide Subtotals on Contract Line Times toggle switch to enable this feature.

      5. Click the Save button to save your changes. 

      The subtotals will now not be included on the line items of your Contract.
