Finding Proposals
Proposals inside Ad Sales Genius are contracts that have not yet been won.
This article will walk you through the different ways to find your proposals.
Method 1 - From the Contracts Window
Follow these steps to find Proposals from the Contracts Window:
- Click Sales using the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click on the Contracts tab to see a list of your contracts.
- Click on the Magnifying Glass to filter your results. Select Sold Status = Open to filter for all open contracts (or proposals).
- Click the Filter button. You will now see all of your proposals.
Method 2 - From the Account Details Window
If you know of an account that has a proposal, you can access it directly from the Account Details Window. Here's how:
- Click Accounts using the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click on the name of the account that has the proposal.
- Click on the Contracts tab to see a list of all contracts and proposals for this account.
Any contract that is listed as Open is a proposal that has not been won or lost.
