When should you use a campaign and when should you send a single email?

Communication with Clients is always a tricky endeavor. How much is too much and how personal should I be? It's often difficult to ascertain when exactly to use either a mass email campaign or when to send a personalized 1 on 1 email. There are pros and cons to each side.

When to Send a Campaign

The primary function of an email campaign is to get information out to a large group of people. When to Send a 1 on 1 Email

When you have a single message that needs to go to a single client, using the Email button on either the Client profile page or the corresponding callout that you are on will allow you to quickly get information to a client and increase the likelihood of delivery. These emails are not HTML based, which allows them a higher chance of reaching the inbox of the recipient.
