Editing Contract Discount Notifications

Inside Ad Sales Genius, you have the ability to have an email sent to notify Sales Managers if a contract discount exceeds a certain amount. Changing this setting will also warn the sales rep at the time of creating the contract.

Follow these instructions to update the contract discount notifications:

1. Click Settings > All Settings using the left-hand navigation menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the General Settings link to see your system's settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Under the Account settings header, you will see an option for "Warn sales reps and notify sales manager of discounts exceeding:". Use this field to determine at what amount would you like your sales managers to be notified of the discount. 
   
   If you are receiving too many notifications, you can increase this value to only be notified if there's a discount that exceeds a higher threshold.
   
   
4. Click the Save button when you are satisfied with your selections.
   
   

Anyone with a Sales Manager role will receive a notification when a contract exceeds this threshold.
