SG - Duplicate Detection

With Subscription Genius duplicate detection is a breeze, and merging those duplicate accounts takes no time at all!

To access our duplicate detection tool first select tools from the left hand menu, and then choose duplicate detection.

You can see that within the account we’re working in, Subscription Genius has found 49 duplicates.

It’s important to review these accounts to ensure they are accounts you truly want to merge.

At the top of each duplicate you will see a radio selection offer to merge, never merge, or skip. Skipping the account will leave it in the duplicate detection list, merging or choosing to never merge will remove the account from this list.

After reviewing the accounts and selecting the merge options, which will, by default, prompt the system to merge these accounts, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the merge records link. You’ve now successfully performed merges on your selected accounts! These subscriptions will be automatically combined and edited to reflect accurately within the system.
