      Deleting/Archiving a User

      Ad Sales Genius makes it easy to delete/archive a user. This article will walk you through the process of deleting/archiving an active Ad Sales Genius user to free up a seat.

      STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS: 

      As the Admin, go to your User Profile and select Users.

      Locate the user you wish to archive/delete and select the "x" in right hand corner.

      Select yes to confirm your selection to archive/delete the user.

      The deleted/archived user will appear under the Deleted Users tab and you have freed up a seat for another user.

      💡GOOD TO KNOW:  All historical data associated with the deleted/archived user will still be accessible. In addition, all accounts owned by the deleted user will still be associated with this user until an Admin has reassigned them to a new user.
