Deleting an Invoice Tied to QuickBooks

If you are trying to delete an invoice that is tied to a QuickBooks invoice, we recommend that you delete it from within QuickBooks instead of Ad Sales Genius.

After deleting the invoice in QuickBooks, you can then perform a sync in Ad Sales Genius to reflect the change. This can be done by an Admin user by clicking the Integrations tab then QuickBooks then click the Sync All Advertisers link.
