Deleting Accounts, Contracts or Contacts

Ad Sales Genius is designed to protect your information and keep the integrity of that information intact and readily available to you at all times.

Contracts and Accounts cannot be deleted.

The system prevents this to limit conflict with contracts or invoices that may pertain to an individual account. It’s important to permanently retain these records for your billing retention.

If an error has been made when creating an account, the information can be edited, but not deleted. Deleting this information would pose a direct conflict with invoicing and contract records. If an individual who is working for an account leaves that company for any reason, it is recommended that you edit their name and create an Inactive status for contacts under Settings > General Settings > Statuses > New Contact Status to educate other sales users of this activity. Again, if this individual has existed on a contract, the system is designed to maintain the integrity of the billing information at hand.
