Deactivate Products

When you have a product that is no longer needed, you can deactivate it inside the system. Deactivating a product still keeps the data that was tied to it, but will not allow it to be chosen when creating proposals.

This article will take you through the steps of deactivating a product.

1. Click Products using the left-hand navigation menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the name of the product that you would like to deactivate.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Edit button to edit the properties of this product.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Active toggle button to disable this setting. 
   
   
   
   
5. Click the Update button to save your selection.
