Creating and Managing Dashboards

Ad Sales Genius dashboards is a powerful organizational tool for users to stay connected with daily key tasks, reports, crucial data and more. Create multiple private or shared dashboards to increase awareness and user productivity!

Create a New Dashboard:

All users can create multiple private dashboards. To create a new dashboard, select Manage in the top right hand corner of your dashboard.

Then, under Manage Dashboards select +New Dashboard.

Name your new dashboard by typing over the word Untitled.

Then, customize your dashboard by adding widgets.

Once you have added all your widgets, you can quickly clean up your dashboard spacing by enabling the compact view. Watch the entire process along with how the compact feature works below. 

 


Only Administrative users have the ability to share a dashboard.  

  • To share a dashboard with all users, simply enable the Shared button (green).  
  • Admin, to keep your dashboard private, make sure the Shared toggle is disabled (white).

  • If a shared dashboard is no use to you, then any user can hide it!  To hide a shared dashboard, you can easily drag and drop the shared dashboard from Visible to Hidden.  It will no longer be visible on your dashboard bar.
