Changing an Account to a Lead

Unfortunately, inside Ad Sales Genius, once an Account has been converted from a Lead to an Account, it cannot be changed back to a Lead. This is due to the financial data that is tied to this record. 

If you would like to designate an account as being open for selling again, you can take advantage of Pipeline Statuses to note that the account needs attention.
