SG - Can I delete a group of Subscribers?

You can delete multiple subscribers at one time.

1. Click on Tools from the left navigation and select Delete Search.
2. A screen will appear that is similar to the General Export. Using the search fields, search for the parameters that fit the subscribers you want to delete.
3. Select Preview Search Results.
   You can select all of the search results by clicking the top check box at the top of the page, or you can select individual subscribers that match your search criteria by selecting the check boxes one by one.
4. Select Delete Subscribers.

Remember: If you ever make a mistake on a deletion, Subscription Genius holds your deletions for a short period of time in the Deleted Subscribers feature, located under Tools.
