The following is a list of the new features and changes included in the upcoming release:
New Features
Admin
- You now have the ability to disable the year from automatically showing on issue names.
- Merging two accounts now shows a message of why two accounts can't be merged.
- An explanatory message will now display if merging accounts fail.
- Ability to hide subtotals on contract line items.
- Ability to hide the product type on contract.
Sales
- You can now see "- Inactive" items on the items dropdown.
- You can now select an Expiring Contracts widget for the dashboard.
- Account managers can add the next follow-up on an account.
- Totals have been added to the footer of the Contract page.
- Navigate to your Contract page and scroll to the bottom to see your totals.
- Auto-add new contacts from sent emails and log the sent email based on domain.
- You can create custom statuses for contracts.
Production
- The ad referenced shows as a thumbnail on the Ad Request page.
- When viewing an ad request, you will see a thumbnail of the referenced ad.
Accounting
- Revenue Sharing is now added to the Finance Service.
- Email reminders for artwork, proofs, and file uploads are now automated.
- ‘Sync Method Option’ has been moved to the QuickBooks setup page to allow for a one-way push.
- You can now complete a one-way push to Quickbooks for invoices.
- You can now mass-send email statements.
Marketing
- You can add automatically add CCs to Production and Accounting Emails.
- You can now Clone campaigns based on your recipient’s actions.
- You can create a template on the fly for Mass Campaign Editor without pre-setting up.
- Email Campaign Creator has been updated for changes to the base and duplicating templates.
Changes
Sales
- A DocuSign completed signature will no longer mark a contract as ‘won’ if there is a down payment requirement.
- You can enable Counter Signatures from your Docusign settings.
- Goal end totals are now displayed in the Goals window.
- ‘Shared with’ search now is an OR search when used with ‘owned by’ search.
Marketing
- The email wizard now allows any parent templates to be chosen.
Accounting
- Old statements have been sunsetted.
- We have removed the statement bulk button from the Invoices main page, as well as under the advertiser’s accounting tab page.
Production
- Preflighting profiles are limited to products with Issues only.
