Archiving Contract Terms
An important step in creating your contract is adding your contract terms and conditions. These terms usually include your payment terms, deadline policies, refunds, and more.
If you're ever in a situation where you need to archive outdated contract terms, Ad Sales Genius makes that process easy.
Follow these steps to archive the terms and conditions that display at the bottom of your proposals and contracts.
To archive contract terms:
- Click on Settings > All Settings using the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click on the Contract Terms link to display your system's contract terms.
- Locate the terms that you would like to archive and click the Archive button.
You can find a record of your archived terms and conditions in the In-Active section of the Contract Terms window.
Note: Once a contract term has been archived, it cannot be restored. You can, however, copy and paste the text from an archived contract term and create a new term.
