Account Settings Overview

The Settings menu provides control and security for your account. While there are several system settings, this article will focus on providing an explanation of the Account Settings needed to help get your account up to speed.

To Access Your System Settings

  1. Navigate to Profile Picture > System Settings using the left-hand navigation menu to display the Settings window.

  2. Click the General Settings link found under the Systems Settings heading to display your General Settings.

Account Settings

The Account section of the general settings is where you configure several key parts of your account.

The following fields appear in the Account Setting section:

  • Issue Name Year - Use this toggle switch to turn on/off whether the year is appended to the issue name.
  • Time Zone - Use this field to choose which time zone you are located in.
  • Report Revenue by - Use this drop-down to choose whether revenue is reported by the person who sold the insertion or the account owner. 
  • Archive Issues - Choose how many years you wish to keep your issues before archiving. Archiving issues does not remove them from Ad Sales Genius, it simply hides them from the initial view. 
  • Warn Sales reps and notify managers of discounts exceeding - This is your discount threshold. Anything exceeding the value you input in this field will send a notification to admins and sales managers that the threshold has been exceeded. 
  • Default Template - Use this drop-down to choose which contract and invoice templates should be designated as the default.
  • Default Account  Logo - Use this button to choose a default graphic that will display on your templates.
