SG - Abandoned Carts

Abandoned Carts is a feature we offer as part of our Premium Plan. Abandoned Carts will help track which potential subscribers abandoned their purchase before completing their order, allowing you to then turn around and reach out to them with any special offers, to get them to complete their order.

• To view Abandoned Carts, choose E-Commerce from the left-hand side, and then select the Abandoned Carts option.

From here, you can see the name, phone number, e-mail address, physical address, the offer they put into their cart, and the date/time that they were on your checkout page.

• You will be able to convert them into a subscriber and add subscriptions to their account or delete them from your Abandoned Carts page.
